In order to make sustainable & lasting change, each of us must form new habits into the routine of our lives. The reason diets don’t work is because they take a “one size fits all” approach. The other reason they don’t work is because they don’t take into account the bigger picture. As individuals, our eating & exercise habits are very different and configured into our life as a whole.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness with my clients, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress in your relationships or stress at your job cause you to overeat? Does low energy and lack of sleep prevent you from exercising or affecting your will power to sustain the better food choice you are making? As we work together, we will explore how all aspects of your life affect your health as a whole.
Concepts We Explore
Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Integrative Nutrition™ Plate: The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size.
To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality.
I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!

6 MONTH PROGRAM
Meaningful & sustainable change takes time. For that reason, I work with clients over the course of 6 months. During the six months, you will learn ways to help yourself achieve a healthier diet and lifestyle. Sessions can be conducted in person or by phone.
You Receive:
– Two 1 hour sessions per month
– Personalized email support between sessions
– Individualized support: no “one size fits all” approach
– My personal commitment to attain your health goals achieving success during & after the program.

Paid in Full, due at the first session
2 payments of $600.00
Paid in Full, due at the first session and sixth session
3 MONTH PROGRAM
Manage and maintain your successful results. When you feel the difference in your health and energy levels choose to continue with a program that allows you to firm up what they have learned or continue to strive to attain new goals they have set from themselves.
You Receive:
– Two 1 hour sessions per month
– Personalized email support between sessions
– Individualized support: no “one size fits all” approach
– My personal commitment to attain your health goals achieving success during & after the program.

ADD-ON SESSIONS
All additional sessions must be paid in advance at time of service. This service is usually for the individual that has already done the six month program. These will be targeted sessions in areas that you are struggling with and would like to have additional support, encouragement, and coaching.

If the client no shows or cancels a session I will ad a session onto the end but will only be permitted 2 times. A 25.00 change fee will apply.
In the event of the Client’s absence or early withdrawal from any program, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $50. If Program was paid in full then client waves the right to any refund.
