Five years ago as a Health Coach in Spokane Washington Set Free Health envisioned a world where people use whole raw foods to prevent and overcome illness and disease.
In 2014 I experienced a life altering medical emergency. I had a hemorrhagic stroke that required brain surgery. At the time I was the guy who lifted weights three hours a day, four days a week, and ate pretty clean. I wasn’t the guy this should have happened to. However, there I was in the hospital recovering from a stroke wondering if I would ever have a normal life again. Out of this experience, I got that life is fragile and that wellness isn’t participating in one or two things, it’s a whole body-mind experience.
As a Health Coach in Spokane Washington I created Set Free Health to help you discover wellness by overcoming the obstacles in your life that keeps you feeling sick, frustrated, angry, hopeless, and stressed out. You will reach your desired and sustainable goals living the life you’ve always wanted.
Through individualized sessions you will realize better health. In partnership with small businesses you will increase employee health and productivity.
You are now living life to the fullest, feeling great mentally, physically and spiritually. Set Free Health will continue breaking the chains that bind us to the past!

As your Health Coach and supportive mentor, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice. I’m here to help you determine what changes and goals you would like to see and attain for yourself. We all have some kind of health challenges at times during our lives. As a Health Coach, I am a knowledgeable wellness authority who will provide ongoing support and guidance for you. It’s not just nutrition in the dietary sense but integrating other aspects of your life with food for a better and happier healthy life.
Does Insurance cover Health Coaching?
Most insurance companies do not cover Health Coaching at this time. However we are finding that some insurance companies are recognizing the benefits of Health Coaching and are starting to add it as a covered service. You would need to check with your provider to see if they are a participating provider.
What happens at the initial Health Coaching Consultation?
Together we will review your health history and discuss your wellness goals. You’ll decide which option works best for you and at what level you want to work with me. We will discuss program options that will best fit your needs. We will also discuss a program extension, after your initial program if you desire to increase your level of wellness and attain new goals.
What does a Health Coach do?
A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals.
